Director (Finance) of 1200 MW Punatsangchhu-I Hydroelectric Project Authority. Mr. Chouhan is from Indian Civil Accounts Service (ICAS) of 1998 batch.

- MBA (Finance) from MDU, Rohtak, India
- LLB from University of Delhi, India
- Master of International Development Policy from Duke University, NC, USA
- Certificate in International Program for Development Evaluation Training (IPDET) from University of Bern, Switzerland
Work Experience:
- Worked in different Ministries/Departments of Government of India in various capacities for more than 25 years before joining PHPA-I as Director (Finance) on 31.05.2024.
- Expert in public policy and its implementation and public finance management including finance, budget, accounts, internal audit and contract management.
- Mr. Chouhan has been associated with Public Finance Management System (PFMS), a web-based financial management application of Ministry of Finance, Government of India since its inception.
